    • Make new investments in the children’s / youth ministry programs at Crossroads
    • Develop and initiate Christian education curriculum rooted in our mission for our congregation. 
    Making New Disciples In New Places

    • Continue to engage nominally and non-religious persons in new ways through social media, and church outreach programs
    • Empower and equip pastors, laity, and community leaders to work for a more just and equitable world through education, renewal, and community.
    • Strengthen, recruit, and retain passionate church and community leaders to keep the dream of Jesus alive and transform the world.
