Former Athens Restaurant will reopen as Heather’s Place

We’re excited to announce that Heather’s Place will celebrate its Grand Opening on September 9!
Located in the former Athens Restaurant, Heather’s Place represents an exciting new chapter for a space that has served as a neighborhood gathering place for many years.
When Canton for All People purchased the Athens Restaurant property, our goal was to preserve an important community asset and ensure that this space continued serving the neighborhood. Rather than seeing another longtime local gathering place disappear, we wanted to help create an opportunity for a new locally operated restaurant to take root and thrive.
We’re thrilled to welcome Heather and her team as they bring new energy, great food, and warm hospitality to this familiar location.
