As property values and home prices rise, families and first-time buyers are being priced out of home ownership. Rental prices are also rising. According to a recent report from the Coalition on Homelessness and Housing in Ohio, the gap between what renters make and what they need to make to afford a basic two-bedroom apartment is widening.
